The mission of CFEL is to empower enlightened leadership throughout the world through the expression of universal spiritual principles. The partners and associates of the center contribute short articles dealing with empowerment, enlightened leadership, appreciative inquiry, and the spiritual principles of leadership. As you read the various contributions—all by CFEL founders and associates—you’ll see that each brief article presents a unique perspective on some aspect of empowerment and spirituality. The specific topics we address will change with each issue, but the overall focus will be constant: helping you become a more empowered leader through the expression and internalization of spiritual principles. We are here to help you along your spiritual path, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow with you. Know, too, that we’d be delighted to hear from you. Help us learn what to address in The Lens that would be of greatest assistance to you.
